All poster presentations that will take place at the special Poster Booth (Exhibition Hall) will share the following equipment that ICMC97 is providing:

• table (size: 1,20*0,60*0,75)
• small table (size 0,50*0,50*0,40)
• 3 chairs (more can be added upon request)
• Power outlets 220V 50Hz (110V 60Hz upon request).

• Blue tack and cellotape for attaching material on the wall
• Overhead projector for transparencies
• Stereo Amplifier and close-field speakers

*** ICMC97 assumes that any other equipment not listed above yet required by the authors for presentation of their material will be supplied by them.

The ultimate deadline for the verification of the equipment requirements is August 20^th. After that date ICMC97 is NOT responsible for any changes required by the authors.
