DEMOS SCHEDULE

 

The Demos will be presented in single track sessions in a special booth at the Exhibition Hall, which is at the first floor (one floor below the Conference Hall and Morning Concerts Hall) of the Conference Building (Pavillion 8, HELLEXPO). All Demos will be given a maximum of 1 hour for presentation and 1 hour for preparation and setup. The times given below refer to the starting time of each Demo. All authors should be present at the Demo booth one hour earlier to prepare and setup their equipment. (For example, if your Demo is scheduled for 23:00, you should be at the demo booth by 22:00. You are allowed to prepare and set up all the neccessary equipment within one hour from 22:00 to 23:00. At 23:00 you should start presenting your work and by 24:00 you should have finished in order for the next author to start preparing). The schedule is as follows:
