Conference Hall Equipment

All paper/studio report presentations that will take place at the Conference Hall will share the following equipment that ICMC97 is providing:

Overhead projector for transparencies

DAT player

CD player

Audio Tape Deck

Slide Projector

Several power outlets (220V 50Hz AC OR 110V 60Hz AC upon request).

Video Player (PAL/NTSC VHS), and 25' Monitor

Video projector Philips ProScreen 3000 (200 ANSI lumen, analysis 800x600@65Hz, input from VCR, PC, MAC, SGI)

1 PC (pentium 200Mhz, 32Mb RAM, 4Gb HD, 1 FDD, 1 CDD, soundcard Crystal (with midi), ethernet adapter, 15' OR 17' Color Monitor, Windows95, MsOffice suite)

1 PPC (at least: 8500AV, 180Mhz, 32Mb RAM, 1Gb HDD, 1 FDD, 1CDD, 15' OR 17' Color Monitor, System 7.5.3)

1 SGI (O2 video, R10K, 175Mhz, IP32 Data cache size: 32 Kbytes, Instruction cache size: 32 Kbytes, 64 Mb RAM, Audio Processor A3 version 1,Graphics CRM rev. C, 1 CDD, 2 GB HD, 17' Color Monitor, IRIX 6.4)

Internet Connection at 128Kbps

#### If you are using the video projector to project the screen output of a computer please be prepared for a maximum analysis of 800x600@65Hz.

*** ICMC97 assumes that any other equipment not listed above yet required by the authors for presentation of their material will be supplied by them.

The above equipment will not remain stationery at all times in the Conference Hall but ICMC97 will make sure that all equipment requirements out of this list, as stated by the authors in the e-mail submissions, will be met. The ultimate deadline for the verification of the equipment requirements is August 20^th. After that date ICMC97 is NOT responsible for fulfilling any changes required by the authors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you require some time for setting up your talk (load s/w, test connections, install h/w, etc..), please indicate until August 20^th the latest how much time you need, hard disk space, etc… You will then be allocated some set-up time either in the morning of the day that your talk is scheduled (08:00-10:00), or in the afternoon of the previous day (17:00-21:00).
