Please note that all conference participants, including those receiving free registrations through booths, have to fill in the general information and the conference registration forms of ICMC97. On the conference registration form mark the appropriate category of registration and write next to it paid through booth of "name of center".

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD CHARGES BY E-MAIL, BECAUSE WE MUST HAVE A SIGNATURE. You must send the payment either by fax (+30-31-994769 , +30-31-207550) or by regular mail.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by July 1st, 1997. The cancellation will be considered valid upon your receipt of our answering letter verifying the receipt of your cancellation letter. An administration charge of $50.00 will be deducted for cancellations. No refunds will be given after July 1st, 1997.
