Insook Choi
Insook Choi is Composer-in-Residence at the National Center for
Supercomputing Applications and Research Specialist in Human-Computer
Intelligent Interaction at the Beckman Institute, University of Illinois.
She has created numerous interdisciplinary projects across cognitive
science, engineering, and music performance. Her compositions include
instrumental ensemble, electro-acoustic and computer music, interactive
performances involving various degrees of technology, and video. Ms. Choi's
music has been performed and broadcast in Europe, Asia and the United
States. She is frequently invited as a performer and a speaker in
international conferences and festivals. Her research publications can be
found across the disciplines of art, science, and engineering.
