Marco Cardini
Marco Cardini graduated at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara. As traditional
painter he has partecipated to a long series of exhibitions in various italian
towns, and in Barcellona, Stoccarda, Zagreb, etc. With the aim of adding the
time dimension to the static bidimensional canvas (the dream of the artistic
avantgardes of the beginning of our century) he promoted the design of new system
for interactive computer graphics. As cyber-painter he has been awarded with the
Michelangelo Prize (Carrara, '98) for the artistic research; he realized
interactive-multimedia operas presented in many artitic events: Madrid, Napoli,
Firenze, Pisa, Thessaloniki, Shangai, NewYork, Lion, and on the italian national
TV networks.
