RTcmix: advanced scorefile use
We finished with a few more DSP modulation instruments, and then looked
at additional ways to get data 'in' to RTcmix ($1 vars) and data 'out'
of RTcmix (MAXMESSAGE). We also looked at a few more PField operations
(makeLFO()).
