Here are some things to try -- do one, do the other, do 'em all!
1. Use one of the following sound recordings as a basis for
a short piece. You might want to use the sound directly, or you
might want to use it as a 'model' of some kind for a more abstract
approach.
If you'd like to work with the 16-bit/44.1K aiff files (each one
is about 11 Mbytes):
2. Create a sound or piece that you would consider "meditative" and/or
"sacred" in some way.
