Draw a Waveform
The timbre of a tone is related to the shape of the repeating waveform.
To do:
- Draw in the box below and hear the result.
- Hit the Smooth button to see and hear the result. The smoothing is done by averaging adjacent values together.
- Draw a sine wave. Smooth it out. How low can you set the Frequency and still hear it well?
- Add some spikes to the sine wave. How low can you set the Frequency now and still hear it?
